Jeanine Kirchner-Krath

Dr. Jeanine Kirchner-Krath is an Assistant Professor of Digitalization and Sustainable Management at the University of Koblenz.

Her research focuses on the interface between sustainability management, psychology and computer science and examines the design, perception and impact of digital technologies on ecological and social sustainability. Human beings are at the heart of the question of how digitalization can be implemented responsibly in companies.

Research topics include motivational information systems for sustainable behavior in the workplace, the impact of digital technologies on procrastination and mental health, and the role of generative AI for sustainability innovations.
