Jeanine Kirchner-Krath

Jeanine Kirchner-Krath ist Postdoktorandin in der Forschungsgruppe für Gamification & Digital Customer Engagement an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU).

Ihre Forschung fokussiert sich auf Gamification und motivationale Informationssysteme für nachhaltige Entwicklung, insbesondere zur Förderung von nachhaltigem Mitarbeiterverhalten in Unternehmen. Dabei liegt ein besonderer Fokus ihrer Forschungsaktivitäten auf der kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmern und Praxis, um das Potenzial spielerischer Systeme für Nachhaltigkeit im Arbeitskontext zu erforschen. In diesem Zuge organisierte sie erstmalig die StartPlay Konferenz als interdisziplinäre Wissenschafts-Praxis-Zusammenkunft zu Gamification für Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit im Unternehmenskontext.
