Jeanine Kirchner-Krath

Jeanine Kirchner-Krath is a postdoctoral researcher in the Gamification & Digital Customer Engagement research group at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU).

Her research focuses on gamification and motivational information systems for sustainable development, in particular for promoting sustainable employee behavior in companies. A special focus of her research activities is the continuous collaboration with entrepreneurs and practitioners to explore the potential of gamified systems for sustainability in the organizational environment. In this context, she organized the first StartPlay conference in 2022 as an interdisciplinary science-practice meeting on gamification for innovation and sustainability in the corporate context.
