Jeanine Krath

Jeanine Krath is currently working at the Institute of Management and ZIFET of the University of Koblenz. In addition, she works as academic director of the GAMOS competence center for Gamification in Organizations and for Sustainability and as an associate researcher at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. In 2022, she established the Interdisciplinary Conference on Gamification & Entrepreneurship (StartPlay), which aims to promote exchange between business and academia regarding the potentials and applications of gamification. Her dissertation deals with gamification for sustainable employee behavior and furthermore she supports the introduction of gamified learning principles and educational Escape Rooms in (online) teaching.
