Jeanine Krath is currently working at the Institute of Management and ZIFET of the University of Koblenz-Landau. In addition, she works as academic director of the GAMOS competence center for Gamification in Organizations and for Sustainability and organizes the 1st Interdisciplinary Conference on Gamification & Entrepreneurship (StartPlay), which will take place in August 2022. Her dissertation research deals with gamification for sustainable employee behavior. As a research associate, she participates in a trinational research project (KTUR) and supports the introduction of gamified learning principles in online teaching. In addition, she founded the doctoral network "Junges Forschen" (Young Research) to strengthen exchange between doctoral students and to support students in their first publication experiences.
